This is a canonical Aguilar necklace pattern and one of the more market-recognizable Taller Borda designs. The alternating ball-and-wave rhythm has enough movement to feel organic but enough discipline to remain architectural. It matters because it shows Aguilar’s middle ground between botanical/floral work and the severe geometry of Six Spheres. As a museum object, it is useful for explaining Aguilar’s link-design vocabulary.
