Large very heavy cuff bracelet with wire loops around the perimeter. This bracelet was offered for sale in the Montgomery Ward Fall 1944 catalog for $17.95. The catalog refers to the bracelet as "an ancient Aztec design." and it does have a similarity to a pin of the same period. This design was also made in a silver plated version by Victor Silson, and was marked with Silson's hallmark.
