A sterling water pitcher reflects the substantial vessel work produced at the Taller Borda, the Taxco workshop Hector Aguilar founded after his years with William Spratling. Functional silver of this scale was a regular part of the operation's output.
Made in sterling during the workshop's active years of 1939 to 1962, the pitcher carries the well-proportioned handling characteristic of Aguilar's vessels.
